without notice; and since this home is listed for sale, and property may be "shown" during your stay. |
| $300 is required to confirm your reservation with the balance due upon arrival by personal check or
cash. |
| Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you only if the unit is
booked for the time you had it reserved with us. If not, the deposit will not be returned and can not be used for
future reservations. |
| $250 security deposit will be required at check-in and returned in 7 days after scheduled departure,
providing there is no waste, neglect, or damage for which the tenant is responsible. |
| No smoking inside the home. |
| Not handicap accessible: This is a 2-story home. |
